Certificate attesting to the medical condition of survivor Elisabeta Goldenberg, who was injected with carbolic acid by SS officers the day before her camp was liberated. The medic notes a severe case of myocarditis and an extended scar on the left arm as a result of carbolic acid injections. The resulting lesions also caused paresis on the left arm and severe trophic disturbances.
