Because no new laws were drafted on the use of confiscated Jewish assets, the authorities asked the citizens not to disturb them with requests for these assets’ allocation.
Following the ghettoisation of the rightful owners of the plants and factories in Cluj, the Christian workers took over their leadership, which led to a state of general disorder. The plants will be closed by the authorities until the appointment of new expert leaders.
